These terms apply when you book services from, or use the website of, Charlie's Mobile Detailz, operated by Charlies Detailz LLC(“we,” “us”). By booking a service or using this site, you agree to them. Questions? Call or text 503-875-6840.

We provide mobile auto detailing at your location within our service area in the Phoenix East Valley, Arizona. Service descriptions on this site summarize what each package includes; exact scope is confirmed when we book your appointment.

Prices listed on this site and in our pricing guide are estimates based on typical vehicle size and condition. The final quote is given on site before work begins. A condition fee of $50–$100 or more may apply for excessive pet hair, mold, or heavy neglect — we will tell you before starting.

Please have the vehicle accessible at the scheduled time, with personal items you care about removed. If you need to reschedule, let us know as early as you can. Because we work outdoors, we may need to reschedule for weather (including dust storms and extreme heat) — we will contact you to rebook, with plan members getting priority.

Payment is due when the service is completed unless we have agreed otherwise. Maintenance plans are billed automatically at the agreed frequency and rate; your rate is locked in while the plan is active. To change or cancel a plan, call or text us before your next billing date.

Charlie's Mobile Detailz sends service-related text messages — appointment confirmations, reminders, arrival updates, quotes, and occasional offers — to customers who opt in. You opt in by texting us, by providing your mobile number when booking or requesting a quote, or by agreeing verbally or in writing.

• Message frequency varies based on your bookings and plan.
• Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier and plan.
• Reply STOP at any time to cancel and stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for help, or call 503-875-6840.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Opting out of texts does not affect your ability to book by phone.

We inspect and note visible pre-existing damage before starting and are not responsible for it, or for wear that surfaces cleaning can reveal (existing scratches, oxidation, brittle trim, aged tint). If you believe our work caused damage, tell us promptly so we can make it right. Our total liability for any service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.

This site and its content belong to Charlies Detailz LLC. You may not copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without permission. The site is provided as-is; we may change prices, services, and content at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.

If we update these terms, we will post the new version here with a new effective date. Continuing to use our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
